Terms of Service
These terms govern the appliance repair services Fairview Appliance Repair provides to homeowners in the Austin area. By booking a visit, you agree to them.
Services
Fairview Appliance Repair diagnoses and repairs residential appliances. We provide a flat-rate quote after diagnosis, and work begins only after you approve that quote.
Estimates and scheduling
Arrival windows are estimates. We make every effort to arrive on time and will contact you if a prior job runs long. A trip-and-diagnostic fee applies to each visit and is credited toward the repair when you proceed with the work.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept common payment methods; specifics are confirmed at the time of service.
Warranty
Completed repairs are warrantied for 90 days on parts and labor. The warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not cover new, unrelated failures or damage caused by misuse.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim related to a repair is limited to the amount paid for that repair. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
